Meet the Team

Erin Rheinscheld is founder and President of Catherine's Orchestra for All. Her background includes legal and regulatory affairs for medical device manufacturing companies. When her daughter, Catherine, passed away in August 2017, she knew that she wanted to continue her legacy. Erin left her corporate career and works full time running Catherine's Orchestra for All. She is an alumni of Lebanon High School Band and still enjoys playing the flute. She is married to Joshua Rheinscheld and has three boys, two of which participate in band programs. Erin is known as a "professional band mom" to numerous students.

Julia Stranahan is founder and Social Media guru for Catherine's Orchestra for All. She is currently enrolled at University of Chattanooga with a focus on political science. As Catherine's best friend, Julia saw firsthand how passionate she was about ensuring access to band programs for everyone. As a Lebanon High School Band alumni, Julia played alto saxophone and spent her senior year as the only female on drum line. 

Jared Felkins is the Vice President of Communications for Catherine’s Orchestra for All. He also works as an editor for Main Street Media of Tennessee and as a business support analyst for Franklin American Mortgage Company and is a graduate student in the public service management program at Cumberland University. Felkins and his wife, Mary, have three children, two of whom are involved in band programs. The Felkins family lives in Watertown.

Katherine Stranahan is co-founder and Vice President of Catherine's Orchestra for All. Her background includes photography and many years of philanthropic work. She and Erin work tirelessly to bring access to music education for all students in Wilson County. Katherine has two daughters, Julia, a sophmore at University of Chattanooga, and Olivia, a junior at Lebanon High School. Katherine is a Lebanon High School alumni, former band kid, and her both  of her daughters played alto saxophone and were/are members of the Lebanon High School drum line. She enjoys being a "professional band mom" to numerous students.

Joshua Rheinscheld is a co-founder and Treasurer of Catherine's Orchestra for All. He works full time at Amazon overseeing labor planning for North America. His background is in finance and IT which allows him to bring a lot to the organization. As Catherine's father, he is dedicated to seeing her legacy continue. Joshua and Erin are married and raising their boys together.

Tabetha Anderson is the 2020-2021 Student Volunteer Coordinator for Catherine's Orchestra for All. She is a senior at Lebanon High School as well as Band Captain. She plans and delegates volunteer opportunities and also serves as the designated "bus driver" for countless band students. Tabetha plays sousaphone/tuba, clarinet, and saxophone in multiple ensembles, including our very own "COFA 6 and Friends." She enjoys playing Minecraft in her spare time and loves her cat more than anything.
