Meet the Board 

Michael Ayalon is CEO and founder of Greek University, a speaking company with 14 speakers to identify, understand, and resolve pressing problems on college campuses across North America. He is the former executive director of Sigma Pi Fraternity International and a former president of the Lebanon Noon Rotary Club and Rotary District 6780 membership chair in Tennessee from 2018-2020. Ayalon currently serves as a member of the board of directors at DrugFree WilCo, a nonprofit dedicated to fighting opioid addiction in Wilson County.

Debra Martin was born and raised in Thibodaux, Louisiana. She taught school music for Lebanon Special School District for 33 years, first at Walter J. Baird, then Coles Ferry Elementary and continues to teach private lessons since retiring from LSSD four years ago. With her experience as a music educator and former band parent, she brings incredible insight to the organization. She also enjoys playing the trumpet and is a member of the Cedar Creek Community Band.

Suanne Bone currently serves as the Community Relations Liaison for the Pavilion Senior Living in Lebanon, Tennessee.  Her previous positions include Assistant Executive Director of the Public Defenders Conference, the Executive Director of the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Liaison for the Department of Tourist Development under Governor Phil Bredesen.  Suanne is a graduate of Cumberland University, Southeastern Paralegal Institute, and the Nashville School of Law, where she earned her Doctorate of Jurisprudence. Her community and civic involvement include; Democratic State Executive Committeewoman for District 17, former President of the Lebanon Breakfast Rotary Club, a ruling Elder of First Presbyterian Church, board member of Charis Health Center, and a member of the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce.
